Summer is just around the corner, and with summer comes long days, warm weather, and lots of reason to spend time outdoors. If bubbles are a favorite activity for your kids while playing outdoors, you are going to love today’s project.
Easy DIY Bubble Refill Station
Those little bubbles containers are just asking to get spilled as kids run around the yard and tip the container. Instead of replacing with a new container, simply have them refill at this station all summer.
This DIY Bubble Refill Station starts as a beverage dispenser from the Dollar Store. They had multiple color containers available so you can make sure to get your favorite color. If you are a little tight on space, this collapsible one from Amazon looks great!
I pulled out my handy-dandy Silhouette to cut out “Bubble Refill Station” using akaDylan Plain font.
There are multiple DIY Bubble recipes that exist online so this summer is the perfect time to find the one that works best for you. Most of them involve about a 6:1 ratio of water to dish soap and then a little bit of glycerin. If you aren’t quite up to making your own refill liquid, you can buy this gallonĀ container and put it into the the refill container to make it easier for little hands to refill their container themselves.
Endless hours of summer entertainment can be had with this very inexpensive and easy project. Do you have any tips for summer fun? Share them in the comments!

This is such a great idea! Not only does it keep the messiness to a minimum, it lets the children refill on their own. I know lots of parents of little ones who will love this. Thanks for sharing at Snickerdoodle Sunday. I’ll be featuring it as my Snickerdoodle Special at tomorrow’s party.

Okay, call me goofy, but I even love playing with bubbles at my age! This is a great idea and sure beats all the spilled bubble soap I used to have when my kids were younger. Thanks for sharing at Over the Moon. We look forward to seeing you again next week.

Does anyone know where to get a lot of bubble wands, inexpensively? I would like to buy a few dozen, but don’t have a lot of money in the budget.
