I’ve shared a few times about how much I like throwing BBQs for our friends. Our group of friends has a wide variety of dietary needs – dairy free, peanut free, and vegetarian to name a few. Adding MorningStar Farms to our BBQ provides some Veggie Cuisine so that everybody can enjoy a delicious grilled meal. Everybody can enjoy the same burger and nobody will feel left out during the Summer BBQ tradition.
A Unique Burger Bar
Today I am sharing some ideas on how to host a unique burger bar – follow along for the recipe to the perfect burger bar and make sure that there are options for everybody with the Veggie Cuisine from MorningStar Farms.
For this burger bar, I headed to Target and picked up some MorningStar Farms Grillers Original as well as delicious toppings.
In addition to the “classic” toppings, I wanted to make this burger bar different so I picked up some unique toppings as well. I chose blue cheese, roasted garlic hummus, and greek yogurt dip for these burgers.
Ingredients:
- MorningStar Farms Grillers Original
- Burger Buns
- Cheese options – blue cheese crumbles, cheddar, goat cheese
- Pineapple
- Homemade Pickles
- Veggies – Sauteed Mushrooms, Grilled, Eggplant, Grilled peppers
- Avocado
- “Classic Toppings” – Lettuce, Tomato, Onion
- Flavorful Dips – Greek Yogurt Dip, Hummus, Salsa, Guacamole
The options are truly endless when it comes to creating this fun burger bar.
I went for a mostly classic burger with a few additional twists – pineapple, avocado, and a delicious dollop of greek yogurt dip.
All of these ingredients can be found at Target (and if you are like me, you are there often).

I love mushrooms and cheese on mine :) I do veggie burgers often as I don’t eat beef.

My favorite burger toppings are mushrooms and onions. Sometimes bacon and bbq sauce. This looks delish!
