Ok, I’m sure by now you think I’ve lost my marbles with all the holiday content I’ve posted the past couple weeks. I promise that there is method to my madness! I promise, if you are wanting to make Christmas gifts this year, start early. By the time November rolls around you’re planning Thanksgiving and then look at your calendar between Thanksgiving and Christmas – how many of those weekends have already been claimed by holiday parties, children’s Christmas pageants, and other obligatory events? By starting now, those full weekends will be less stressful because you’ve already started on holiday gift giving.

Merry & Bright Coffee Mug & Wine Glass With Free Cut File

In addition to making these for craft fairs, I’ll be making a few for some awesome friends as well to use and enjoy during the holiday season. I use plain white mugs as the base for this project, and Oracal 651 in Red and Green for the design.

I like to use stemless wine glasses because I feel like they are less likely to spill when Pixel’s tail gets a mind of its own and brushes against whatever is in it’s path. We have a full set of normal wine glasses, but I still find myself drawn to grabbing the stemless ones out of the cabinet. I picked up a bunch of them for crafting purposes, but I might need to commandeer a few for my own use.
