How is it already the end of June? The year is flying by and 4th of July BBQs are just around the corner. I’m super excited that I get both the 4th AND the 5th off the year – yay 4 day weekend!
This layered drink is perfect for the 4th of July, and absolutely delicious.
I spent some time figuring out what flavors would go well for each of the 3 layers. Brad had the idea of doing a Miami Vice (Strawberry Daiquiri and Pina Colada) and then adding a blue layer as well. I went with Blue Curacao for the flavoring as it would be the perfect blue color.

These were so yummy! The Blue Curacao flavor blends well into the Strawberry and Coconut of the Miami Vice.
I’m not sure what our plans are yet for the 4th; however, I’m sure that these will be making an appearance. What are your plans for the 4th?
