After spending some time at Disney earlier this year, I definitely want to try out the Copycat Dole Pineapple Whip! I’m thinking that the Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Ribs would be perfect for summer parties to add a tropical flair.

I’m hoping that I can make some more of the Apricot Pineapple jam this year, or maybe i’ll try combining the pineapple with some figs from our tree in the front yard.
