Sparkling Gelatin Dessert

Everything is better with bubbles! Enjoy this delicious dessert, perfect for your holiday parties.
Ingredients
  • 8 packets unflavored gelatin
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 container berry juice concentrate (just use the concentrate, do not add water)
  • 2 cans Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 4 cups frozen fruit (I used blueberries, strawberries and peaches)
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan, combine the water and unflavored gelatin. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved into the water. Do not bring water to a boil.
  2. In another container, mix together the fruit and juice concentrate
  3. Pour the water and gelatin mixture into the container with the other ingredients. Stir until well integrated.
  4. Slowly stir in the cans of Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water.
  5. Put in the fridge to let harden 4-6 hours or overnight is best.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
