Fig, Bacon, & Arugula Flatbread
- 1 Cup Open Nature 100% Cranberry Juice
- ¾ Cup Open Nature Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Sourdough Pita or Flatbread
- 2 Tablespoons Glaze
- 1 Fig, chopped
- 2 Slices Open Nature Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Goat Cheese, Crumbled
- ⅓ Cup Arugula
- 1 Tablespoon Glaze
- In a medium sauce pan, whisk together the ingredients over medium heat
- Cook until it has thickened to a glaze consistency. Stirring constantly
- Pre-heat the oven to 350*
- Spread the Glaze over the flatbread
- Sprinkle on the bacon, figs, and goat cheese
- Bake 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the flatbread has reached a golden brown
- Top with Arugula and drizzle more glaze on top
