Peach French Toast
Recipe type: Breakfast
A delicious make ahead breakfast. Perfect for holiday mornings.
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 can peaches - drained (I used a quart jar that I canned last year)
  • ¾ loaf of white bread - cubed
  • 10 eggs
  • 1½ cup milk (I've used rice and coconut milk for dairy free option)
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  1. Melt the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in sauce pan over medium heat. Mix together until melted.
  2. Pour the butter mixture into a greased 9x13 pan
  3. Place the peaches on the bottom of the pan
  4. Arrange the bread cubes on top of the peaches
  5. Blend together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract until smooth
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread
  7. Refridgerate overnight
  8. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
