Bertolli® Fettuccine Alfredo with Air Fried Chicken

A unique take on classic Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo featuring Air Fried chicken and Bertolli Creamy Cauliflower Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1lb package skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 pound fresh/refrigerated Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 jar Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower and Milk Sauce
  • Fresh Oregano for garnish
Instructions
  1. Whisk together two eggs in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, and onion salt
  3. Coat each chicken tenderloin in the eggs then with the bread crumb mixture
  4. Place the chicken in a singer layer of the Air Fryer
  5. Fry at 350* for 10 minutes, flipping half way through
  6. Cook the fettuccine per package instructions
  7. Drain and return to the pot
  8. Add in the Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower and Milk Sauce and stir until all the noodles are covered in sauce
  9. To serve, add a helping of fettuccine to a plate and top with a chicken tender.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh oregano
