Heart Monogram Tee

Did you see my post yesterday about a Kid’s Valentine’s Day shirt? I mentioned that I had another shirt to show all of you and I can’t wait to wear it. Ever since joining Pinterest a few years ago, I’ve had a thing for monograms. There is something about their cute personalization that I just love. I purchased a couple monogram font’s from Font Brothers back in January and have been looking for the right project to use them.

I decided to use the monogram as negative space and put it inside a heart since I was in a Valentine’s mood. For this project, I used the Circle Monogram so that it would fit nicely into the heart and be readable.

I plan on wearing this Friday to work for Valentine’s day; however I will be able to wear it more than just the one day.

If you are interested in doing projects similar to these, I highly recommend the Silhouette Cameo as it is easy to use and there are many online tutorials.
