Are you dreaming of a warm beach with a fruity drink in your hand? I can’t make the snow melt off of your back yard but I can transport your frame of mind to a white sand beach with this delicious mojito. One of the great things about mojitos is that many different flavors can be incorporated into the drink. I decided to go with mango because it looked delicious when I was in the grocery store and they are simply delicious.

A Delicious mojito featuring fresh mango

Recipe type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 oz simple syrup
- 1 mango - diced
- 6 sprigs of mint leaves
- 1 lime (+1 for garnish)
- 4 oz rum
- 5 oz Sprite
Instructions
- Pour in the rum and squeeze the lime juice into the shaker
- Add 1 cup of ice & shake
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime ring
