Last week I introduced all of you to my Rhubarb Vodka and mentioned that I would be trying out various recipes with it. I wanted a recipe that would be light and refreshing plus something where the rhubarb could come through. I’m planning on adding a bit more rhubarb to the jars to make the flavor stronger. One of the best things about infused vodka is that the longer they sit the stronger the infused flavor becomes.
Mint Rhubarb Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 Ounces Rhubarb Vodka
- 1 Sprig Muddled Mint
- 2 Drops Orange Extract
- 3 Ounces Tonic Water
- 5 Ice Cubes
Directions:
- Add above ingredients into a martini shaker
- Shake Shake Shake
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
