Who is ready for a delicious margarita for the weekend? I can’t wait for our strawberry plants to start producing some delicious berries. Once they start, we get a couple hundred berries within a couple weeks (fortunately they are easy to pick and freeze). Today’s recipe is a perfect way to utilize some fresh strawberries – A Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade Margarita!
You are going to absolutely love this awesome margarita, it is sure to become a summer party staple at your home.
Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade Margarita
- 12 Ounces Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade Concentrate
- 12 Ounces Tequila
- 4 Ounces Triple Sec
- 3 Cups Ice
- Fresh Strawberries & Kiwi for Garnish
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Start with 2 cups of ice and add more until it reaches desired consistency.
- Pour into fun glasses
- Garnish with fresh strawberries & kiwi slices.
I originally made this Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade concentrate almost 5 years ago and keep making more batches because it is delicious and a great base for cocktails. It is super easy to can and pull out to use throughout the year. I love the flavor combination of strawberries and kiwi, adding in the lemon juice gives it just that little bit of tartness that is absolutely delicious.
This margarita is so light and refreshing. It is a perfect cocktail for a party since it can be made in a big batch. Get ready for those summer BBQs by whipping up a practice batch to enjoy for yourself! What is your favorite margarita flavor?
