Raspberry is one of my favorite flavors. Raspberries with bubbles is even better!
A couple days ago we got our new counters installed in the kitchen and I couldn’t wait to try them out with my first recipe. I’m starting out simple with a delicious Raspberry Bellini.
Raspberry Bellini
- 1 bottle Bubbly Pink Moscato
- 1 Container Raspberry Sorbet
- 1 Container Fresh Raspberries
- Add 1-2 scoops of raspberry sorbet into a champagne flute
- Fill with bubbly moscato (or champagne, prosecco, etc)
- Top with a couple raspberries
- Enjoy!
The sorbet adds a little bit of sweetness to this cocktail and creates a bit of foam which is a perfect topping to this delicious beverage.
This coming weekend, Brad and I are going with a few friends out to the coast for a fun getaway. Since Valentine’s Day is over the same weekend, I’m thinking that I might need to bring along the ingredients for this cocktail so that we can have a little Valentine’s day treat.
This Raspberry Bellini would also be delicious year round, I’m looking forward to also making it some this summer and enjoying it while we sit out on the deck and watch the sun set.
Do you have any fun Valentine’s Day plans? How would you enjoy this Raspberry Bellini?
