Who could use a girls night? I love getting my friends together for an evening of chatting, laughing, snacking, and wine. We don’t get together often enough, but it is always a great time when we do.
Part of the fun during Girls Night is to simply hang around the kitchen island eating small bites throughout the evening. This is a great time to try out new foods and also have a few favorites. I like to have a variety of snacks available for my friends and always have fun picking out the perfect wine to go with these snacks.
My friends have a variety of dietary restrictions because of allergies. I aim to have a party where everybody can eat every snack so that they don’t have to worry about which dish they can eat or cross-contamination.
Heading to Grocery Outlet was the perfect place to get some delicious snacks for Girls night! Grocery Outlet now has a NOSH section in their stores. NOSH stands for Natural, Organic, Specialty, & Healthy. I found some fun items that I thought would be perfect for us to snack on while we chat around the island with our wine.
Some of my favorites that I picked up were various dried fruits, and individually wrapped Stroopwafles. These snacks will pair great with the Savignon Blanc and Dry Riesling that I found at Grocery Outlet. These wine blends are light and crisp which will pair well with the lighter snacks of the evening.
What sort of wine is your favorite for girls night? What sort of snacks do you pair with it?

Those snacks look delicious! I’ve had a couple of them already, but I’ll have to look for the rest.

I’m usually a straight up cheese and dried fruit plate girl for these gatherings, but I see a few snacks that I’d love to keep on hand! They all look pretty delicious!
