Remember the wreath I made back in September and commented how versatile it could be? Well, I updated it for the new season! Since the ribbon was simply tied with pipe-cleaners onto the frame I simply untied them and tied on some Christmas ribbon!
DIY Christmas Wreath
The tutorial for creating the burlap wreath “base” can be found in the original post.
Since the ribbon was simply tied with pipe-cleaners onto the frame I simply untied them and tied on some Christmas ribbon! In addition to the ribbon, I added some Moon Lights so that it glows from the street. The wire is super thin so from the street it isn’t noticeable. These are the same lights that I used in my Christmas In A Jar. I can set the timer so that the lights come on at the same time as the rest of our Christmas lights and since it’s battery operated I don’t have to run an extension cord!
Hope you enjoy my Christmas Wreath! I am definitely loving this burlap wreath as a “background” that I can update for each season. I think the lights might have to stay with the burlap and just change out the ribbon every couple months.
Merry Christmas! Hope you are having an amazing holiday season!
