When it comes to breakfast, many times I simply grab what is easy as I run out the door with my coffee. On the weekends, I like to enjoy my breakfast while I sip my coffee on the island; however, I don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking said breakfast. These delicious stuffed breakfast rolls are the perfect solution – they taste great, can be made with different fillings depending on what each person wants, and take less than 15 minutes to make.
Delicious Stuffed Breakfast Rolls
- 1 Package Crescent Rolls
- 1 Tablespoon of filling per roll - Nutella, Nut Butter, Jam, etc.
- Unroll Crescent Rolls
- Place 1 Tablespoon of filling at wide end of roll
- Roll it up, making sure that the filling is facing upwards at the end
- Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until nicely browned
For my rolls, I used a few different fillings – Nutella, Homemade Raspberry Jam, and Almond Butter. The jam did make a bit of a mess so next time I would probably do it along with some nut butter to keep it more contained. If you were looking for something more savory, adding some scrambled eggs, sausage and and bell peppers into the rolls would be absolutely amazing.
