Are you planning an Easter Egg hunt and need some filler ideas that aren’t food? While neither of my kids have allergies, we’re a peanut-free house because of Brad’s allergies. Whenever possible, I look for non-food options for things like Halloween and Easter Egg fillers.
One of our favorite farms has done personal Easter Egg hunts in the past few years – each family is assigned a time and color-designated section. The workers fill the section for each family with a set number of eggs per person (and food or non-food filled eggs per the family requests).
Many of these Non-Food Easter Egg fillers below will fit in standard Easter Egg sizes; although some may be best suited for the jumbo eggs. These items all come as a multi-pack, so grab a few of them to complete your Easter Egg hunt needs.
Non-Food Easter Egg Fillers
Some of the items on this list even come in eggs or are egg-shaped so just hide them as they are! I have also added all of these items (plus a few others) to my Amazon Storefront for easy ordering.

Great ideas! I think I might pick up some bubbles for our Easter baskets. You can never have enough. :-)
