How is it already time for back to school? Funny story, as I started writing up this post, a friend texted me that they had already seen multiple Back to School commercials and was wondering how it was already that time again (it doesn’t help that we’re having record heat right now). In just a few short weeks, Aubree is going to be heading to Kindergarten. I can’t believe that she is already old enough for this milestone. It seems like just yesterday that she was born. She is definitely excited to head to school, and we had such a fun time shopping at Kohl’s for some back to school outfits.

Starting Kindergarten In Style With Kohl’s

There were seriously so many adorable outfits available at Kohl’s this Back to School Season (there were even a few that I wish came in my size).

This horse dress was absolutely adorable. Since our warm days can last well into October, it could easily be worn on warm or cooler days by adding a jean jacket and tights.

Aubree was so excited to find these shoes. Not only do they include our signature color (aka hot pink), they also light up. I remember having light up shoes when I was a kid and they were so fun to have. The shoes and jeggings pair nicely with a variety of graphic tees so it will be easy to mix and match these outfits. There were so many awesome graphic tee options at Kohl’s it was hard to just pick up a few. I imagine that she will be getting a few more in the future as she needs long sleeve for winter.

I absolutely loved the geeky nature of this “Genius” tee and Aubree agreed that it was a great shirt for school. The back featured a cute keyhole cutout too. The turquoise leggings feature some glitter as well, and glitter makes everything more awesome.
