I’m definitely a fan of Prosecco – the light airy taste with bubbles that tickle my nose. I enjoy it throughout the year, but especially during the spring and summer when we enjoy long evenings outside in the warm summer air.
I was recently given the chance to try out Voveti Prosecco and was definitely impressed. Brad and I enjoyed this delicious Prosecco over the weekend while we soaked up some unexpected sunshine (seriously, when is it ever sunny and 60 in Seattle in February?!) We paired it with some grilled chicken and a mixed green salad.
The Voveti Prosecco was great with this meal, it had a nice fruity flavor that wasn’t too dry and just the right amount of fizz.
Voveti Prosecco comes from a 100 year old winery in the Prosecco region of Italy. Great care goes into making each bottle. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently carried from the vineyard to the winery where they are processed. From grape to glass takes 12 months and goes through multiple fermentation and aging stages.
Brad and I enjoyed our Prosecco with chicken but it also pairs perfectly with other light foods such as sushi, fruit, nuts or olives.
Voveti Prosecco is definitely a product that I would purchase for us to enjoy. It would be perfect for an evening celebrating friends or with a summer BBQ under the clear skies.
Are you a Prosecco fan? What do you like to pair it with?
Thanks to Voveti for providing a bottle of this delicious Prosecco for review. All opinions are my own.
