Are you dreaming of the day that you can have a fun BBQ with friends and family? If you’re looking for some cocktail inspiration, this Watermelon Slush cocktail is the perfect answer for a summer party. Your guests will be surprised to see that the watermelon itself is the serving bowl!
It will be interesting to see how this summer plays out here in the Seattle area. If we get a chance to host a BBQ this summer, I’d definitely make this Watermelon Slush Cocktail.
This summer we’ve been focusing on updating our backyard. Brad thatched and re-seeded the grass, we added some beauty bark to a few areas, and now we’re getting ready to haul 30 yards of play chips into the area that will sit under the swing set. Serving the watermelon slush cocktail out of the actual watermelon is a fun twist for any party. Garnishing with fresh mint, edible flowers, and a slice of watermelon make the perfect finishing touches to the cocktail.
