Last week, Brad and I had the chance to visit Locust Cider up in Woodinville. We had a great evening and definitely will be looking for their ciders in stores (check out here to see where they are available).

We started the evening sampling the 4 different ciders that they have on tap – Original Dry, Summer Berry, Sweet Dark Cherry, and Green Tea Infused.

After some sampling, we learned more about the story of the company and got to try out some ciders that are still in the works. One of these included Normandy Bittersweet cider which definitely had a unique taste to it. These two ciders still had a couple months of aging left, but once they are ready, you will be able to try them out in the tasting room!

The evening finished up with more drinking, eating, chatting, and drinking again. My favorite cider was the Dark Sweet Cherry. We might have to take home a growler of it when we return to the tasting room!
