Have you experienced the cheesy goodness that is the Sizzler Cheese Toast? Sizzler serves over 12 MILLION slices of this toast each year! Sizzler sent me a kit to make my own Cheese Toast here at home, and then my own Cheese Toast Creation. Since the original Cheese Toast is a wonderful appetizer, I decided to make my own creation a dessert! Maybe Sizzler will start offering Cheese Toast at the beginning *and* the end of the meal.
The kit that Sizzler sent me included some nice and thick bread, margarine, cheese, and a packet of secret spices. I had a fun time making my own Cheese Toast, and I definitely enjoyed eating it after I took all these photos.
For my own Cheese Toast creation, I took the original Cheese Toast to dessert. I loved the idea of chocolate and cheese to add the sweet aspect to this otherwise savory dish and utilized brie for the cheese because it goes so well with chocolate. I gave my bread a nice layer of margarine and then placed thin slices of brie on top. The brie melted nicely into the bread and then I drizzled it with chocolate to finish. I think that this would be a great way to end a meal after starting it with the original Cheese Toast.
Now Sizzler is offering you the chance to win a $100 Gift Card (or other mystery prizes). Entering is super easy. Just follow the instructions in the image below and show off your love of all things Cheese Toast.

I had no idea Sizzlers were even still in business! They all closed on the East Coast back in the 90s. :-( And… now I want cheese bread!
I’ll have to add Sizzler to my list of West Coast must-dos!
What? Where is there a Sizzler? I do love some good toast :)
You can check out Sizzler locations here: http://bit.ly/2wDhdXs Hopefully there is one by you!

Oh man. When I was a kid – Sizzler’s was THE PLACE. It was our “fancy” restaurant to go to to celebrate special occasions.
