A few months ago, we traveled to Disneyland with Kevin and Renee. Of course, this trip was full of DIY Disney Tees including the perfect tee for a surprise Disney visit and my Starbucks & Disney tee.
While the boys had their own matching tees to announce that they were headed to Disney, I decided to make the parents some DIY Disney tees as well. For Renee and myself, I went with the saying “Friends who Disney together, stay together”.
This trip wasn’t the first time we had done Disney with Kevin & Renee. Back in 2017 we went to Orlando and did one day of Magic Kingdom, and one day of Animal Kingdom. That trip was focused on exploring a variety of Orlando activities; plus, Jaxson was the only kid on this trip. How our lives changed in 2.5 years!
This tee was super fun to make. I went with a grey shirt and white heat transfer vinyl for our actual tee. I do wish I had gone with one of the unisex Bella + Canvas tees for our shirt, because even sizing up on the women’s shirt was still a bit snugger than we planned. I used the Siser EasyWeed Stretch vinyl since it was going across our chests.
One of the great things about this DIY Disney tee is the simplicity. I love when designs are easy to weed! If you’re looking to make this tee yourself, sign up for our newsletter below and get a link to download the SVG and Studio file.
