This post is in collaboration with buybuy BABY. All opinions are my own.
As I mentioned last week, I picked out our stroller and this week I’m showing off some of my favorite features. After creating a decision matrix with pros and cons of a few different strollers I decided on the Baby Jogger City Select!
Baby Jogger City Select
The first thing that drew me to the Baby Jogger City Select is that it can either be a single or a double stroller in the same frame. The second seat simply attaches onto the frame right above the front wheels. We checked the box saying that we would be open to twins so it is possible that we could go from no kids to 2 kids overnight! Even if we don’t end up with twins we will be looking to add a sibling in a couple years and this allows us to use the same stroller.
At Disney World last year I analyzed the different strollers I saw and a smaller double stroller is definitely an advantage.
Right now buybuy BABY is running a promotion where there is a mail in rebate for a free second seat. We took advantage of this to get the second seat now.
Swapping out the seats are super easy and with the right adapter an infant car seat can be attached to the stroller as well.
Next up on the favorite feature list is the giant storage basket. This basket will definitely hold a good amount of shopping bags.
The brake is conveniently located right on the side of the handlebar and the handlebar telescopes to be comfortable for different heights of parents.
The Baby Jogger City Select offers so many different seat configurations. Facing in, facing out, car seat, bassinet, seats, and any combination of these.
Jaxson was a fan of the front seat and had a great time waving at dogs as they walked past. If we end up with a single baby and wanted to go somewhere with Kevin & Renee we could easily snap on the second seat to take a single stroller.
I’m sure that I will find even more features that I love once I get a chance to use it more. What sort of features do you look for in a stroller?
As you already know, we have this stroller and we absolutely love it. There are so many different combinations for the kids to be!
That stroller looks so perfect for mom and baby’s comfort! You are set!
I love having a jogging stroller, it’s the best!
Get out! I LOVE that it can become a double and what an awesome promotion they’re running for the second seat! Heading over now!

This looks awesome. Specially the giant storage basket comes in handle when you want to accommodate little stuff.
