Have you visited the Disney Parks during the fall? We have been there in the fall a couple times, and it is always fun to check out the great fall décor along Main Street and throughout the parks. Since we won’t be visiting this fall, I have the next best thing – a Mickey Mouse Pumpkin Head Wreath!

With a Silhouette Cameo or Cricut, this Mickey wreath is super easy to make, and a great way to spend some time while the weather turns to fall. It seems like Seattle flipped a switch this past week and we’ve gone straight from summer to fall (well, with a week of smoke there in between).

DIY Mickey Head Pumpkin Head Wreath

Mickey Mouse Pumpkin Head Wreath

Bring the magic of Disney Parks to your front door with this fun Mickey Mouse Pumpkin Head wreath.

Materials

Tools

Hot Glue Gun & Glue
Wire Cutters
Scissors
Vinyl Cutting Machine

Instructions

Weave the burlap into the wreath form using this tutorial.
Either wrap the fall themed ribbon around the wreath as instructed in above tutorial, or cut 8-10" lengths and attach the mid-point to the wreath form using floral wire.
Use the SVG provided in this tutorial to cut the adhesive vinyl using your Silhouette or Cricut. Colors will be: Nose - Black, Eyes & Mouth - Yellow, Tongue - Pink
If your cutting machine will cut through craft foam, cut the ears with your machine. If your machine won't cut through the foam, print the ears from the SVG and use as a template to cut the foam with scissors.
Cut the pumpkin bucket in half, discarding the front (printed) portion.
Apply the Mickey face decal to the pumpkin
Cut small holes in the 4 corners of the bucket. Use floral wire or twine to attach the bucket to the frame of the wreath
Use a Glue Gun to attach the ears to the bucket
Either use the back of the wreath frame to hang, or tie some additional twine to the frame for hanging.
