This time of year, pumpkin spice is everywhere you look. Now your coffee can have some pumpkin spice flavor (and a nice little kick) as well! Captain Morgan came out with Jack-O-Blast rum which adds some pumpkin flavor to Captain Morgan spiced rum. This rum is great to add to a mocha and turn it into a perfect nightcap.

Add some kick to your mocha with this Spiked Pumpkin Spice Mocha

Ingredients
  • ½ ounce Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 ounces Espresso
  • 2 ounces Captain Morgan Jack-O-Blast Rum
  • 8 ounces steamed milk
  • Whipped Cream
Instructions
  1. In a coffee mug, mix together chocolate sauce, espresso shots, and Captain Morgan Jack-O-Blast rum.
  2. Stir in the steamed milk
  3. Top with whipped cream
  4. Enjoy!

The pumpkin flavor of this rum blends well with the chocolate and then has a bit of a kick in the aftertaste. It is so delicious and a perfect drink for fall. I can imagine curling up next to a roaring fire with a good book and a mug of this spiked pumpkin spice mocha on a stormy Saturday evening (or here in Seattle, any Saturday evening during the fall).
