For my own Cheese Toast creation, I took the original Cheese Toast to dessert. I loved the idea of chocolate and cheese to add the sweet aspect to this otherwise savory dish and utilized brie for the cheese because it goes so well with chocolate. I gave my bread a nice layer of margarine and then placed thin slices of brie on top. The brie melted nicely into the bread and then I drizzled it with chocolate to finish. I think that this would be a great way to end a meal after starting it with the original Cheese Toast.
