A couple weeks ago I had such a fun and amazing opportunity. Not only did I get this super awesome Lexus NX to drive around for a week, Brad and I also got to attend the University of Washington Husky game (with field passes!).
First off, how stylish is this vehicle?!? I love the blue color as well.
The center console has so many features. Everything is within reach and easy to control. There was even a mirror hiding in the lids of one of the storage compartments. I really like the look of the analog clock as well.
Instead of being a touch screen, the Lexus NX feature a touch pad to control the screen. For those of us with shorter arms, this is actually a lot easier to control. I also enjoyed driving in “sport mode” (especially when accelerating onto the freeway).
The steering wheel also has many great features. First of all, it is heated (which I thoroughly enjoyed during the cold evenings driving home); but I could also control the radio, phone, and information on the dashboard.
Opening up the center storage console there was a surprise waiting for me – a QI wireless charger which meant that I could charge my Samsung S6 simply by setting it on top of the charger.
Some of the things that make Lexus special is that they take time to think of the little things. In addition to the QI charger and hidden mirror they took time to make sure that when you open the trunk it is easy to access it because the front part lifts up along with the trunk.
From the front to the back, this is one impressive vehicle and I was definitely sad to see it go when they picked it up.
Lexus has a booth just outside Husky Stadium so before heading into the game we took advantage of the charging station and made sure to take a selfie with their photo backdrop. We were provided with Field Passes which meant that we were THIS CLOSE to the game. This picture is taken WITHOUT zoom!
It was so much fun being this close to the action.
We were even on the field to see a touchdown!

Thanks for posting this! I was in the market for a new car and ended up buying a brand new Lexus NX thanks to your review. It drives like a dream and I am loving all the extra bells and whistles. :)
